Q: Do you accept Bitcoin?

Q: Why do you no longer offer free shipping?
A: We stopped offering free shipping to increase the dollar amount spent per order. With free shipping our sales were about $30 per order and of that $30 we added $10 onto the cost of every substrate product we sold. Now we eliminated $10 from the price of almost every substrate and now charge a flat-rate of $9.99 no matter what size the order. 

Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: Yes you can pick up your order however we not have a storefront so we'll drop it off at the Pak N Ship in North Fort Myers at our mailing address listed below. The $9.99 shipping fee will still apply to pick up order because we have pay Uber to drop it off.

Q: Do you accept orders by mail?
A: Yes! Please include all the order details and shipping address along with your email address so we can contact your about the status of your order and pass along shipping information.

Q: Why are your prices so low?
A: We use a simple formula to calculate the prices of our products and this formula keeps are products affordable for everyone and allows us to make a living. Adding a $9.99 shipping fee to every order helps keeps product costs down but often does not cover the actual cost to ship an order which we cover. 

Q: Do you sell spores?
A: We do sell liquid culture when we have some available but mostly specialize in mushroom substrates.

Q: How much spores do I need for each kit?
A: Almost all spore syringes are sold in 10cc units. Typically each jar requires around 0.75-1.5 cc’s of spore solution. Each Spawn Bag requires 3-5 CC’s per bag. Spores last 6-10 months or longer stored at room temperature. Many people like to grow different strains in the same kit. This is perfectly fine as long as they require the same growing temperatures. Do not mix strains in the same jar or spawn bag.

Q: What are the shelf life of Jars and Spawn Bags?
A: All Jars and Spawn Bags are prepared fresh and meant to be used as soon as possible. Most of our substrate bags are vacuum packed so the self life is 4 months. You can extend the shelf life by placing items in the refrigerator. 

Q: Why doesn't this promo code work?
A: Some promo codes are one or two time use or perhaps the promo code has expired. 

Q: How do I redeem my "Rewards Points" and "Account Activation $5 Rewards Points"?
A: Log into your account admin and click the Points Button or the rewards pop up in the lower left corner of the screen and follow directions to redeem points. You'll receive a discount code that you'll enter at checkout for the discount. If you decide not to use the coupon code the rewards points do not revert back to your rewards account balance, instead save the coupon code for a later date or contact us so we can look up the coupon code for you.

Q: What if I have growing questions along the way?
We offer support 7 Days 9am-7pm EST.

Q: How do I track my order?
All tracking numbers are automatically uploaded in our system usually when your order ships. You will receive a tracking number email when your order ships! Please make sure our emails don't go in your spam folder.

Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes we do however larger orders over 20 lb we may need a physical address.

Q: Do you ship to the EU?
No, we use to but no longer do.
